WHAT AREAS DO YOU BUILD IN?
As the leading home builder in Central Illinois, we currently build within 20 miles of Champaign (Mahomet, Savoy, Urbana, etc.), Bloomington, and Peoria.
HOW DO I FIND THE PERFECT FLOOR PLAN?
Our team works with each client to determine their needs and preferences. John Tanner, our in-house home designer develops those ideas into building plans. Inspiration is often found in our existing floor plan or the client's own plans.
WHAT TYPE OF WARRANTY DO YOU PROVIDE ON ALL OF YOUR HOMES?
We provide a one-year home warranty.
HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?
We require a down payment at the start of the contract. We carry financing through to closing with the balance of funds due from the client at closing.
